Written by: Editor-in Workshops

Again we had a massive turnout to attend the workshop Chi Kung for the Muscular Processing System (I Ching Chin in Mandarin, or Yeh Kan Keng in Cantonese dialect), which was conducted in the sports facilities of Teresian College, last Saturday and 29 Sunday March 30, under the action of the Organizing Committee, composed of the association of Chinese Martial Arts and by the association Venezuelan Taichi.

"R" stands for "change, transformation", "Chin" means "tendons and ligaments" and "Ching" means "Methods and Techniques"

It is an intense set of exercises aimed at stretching and strengthening muscles and tendons, based on the work force, flexibility, speed, endurance, balance and coordination body.
This form of Chi Kung comes from the former China, and develops a sequence of exercises to help improve the physical, mental and spiritual.
This Chi Kung was originally broadcast during the Song Dynasty and then has been teaching until today.

These are exercises that involve a gentle but vigorous handling of muscle tension, breathing and coordination with the intention of movement, in order to ensure that the "Chi" flow freely and unimpeded throughout the body, which develops great inner strength, and quick reflexes, mental freshness, courage, integrity and uprightness in the conduct.

Master Lee Chi Wai, as a practicing physician of the techniques of Traditional Chinse Medicine , also attended some difficult patient cases while he was here, These are some photos taken during their meetings in the office.
