FAMOUS KUNG FU STYLES IN THE CHUNG WAH SYSTEM
Lee Family Southern Way System (Li Shi Nan Zong Quan, Lei Si Nam Jung Kuen)
The Lee Family Southern Way System, is a form of kung fu native to Southern China. This style is comprised of two distinct types of techniques. An effective long range combat style, the first type features smooth movements within a large playing scope, swift advances and retreats and motions that climax in the calculated release of power. The second type stresses well-structured movements with implicit demonstrations of strength, combined with quick releases of power with nimble advances and retreats. Its strength lies in short range combat situations.
